Gentle Yoga Description: Gentle yoga is great for beginners and not as strenuous as other practices of yoga. This class will allow you to uncover you own body issues while breathing into each pose releasing tight tissues and keeping you in your comfort zone. Allowing you to stretch and release tight areas, but not stressing out the tissues.

Sacred Sundays Yoga with Sarah Bare, LMT

We invite you to explore the healing benefits of vinyasa yoga practice and philosophy with us, every other Sunday. Sarah focuses on guiding students safely and comfortably through beginner level yoga poses to relieve pain and stress, improve flexibility, and increase mental and physical strength.
